Sick of sitting in an office all day? Take your staff over to the beach and host a conference in the sun!
At The Palms Hotel we have several venues to choose from for your event. Our event manager is available to help you plan, set-up and execute everything you need! We can provide equipment for your presentations and speeches. On site catering available for beach parties, BBQ’s and receptions. When one day isn’t long enough, group lodging packages available.
Palms Bay Beach: Located at The Palms Bay, this white sand beach is a perfect setting for a large scale celebration. The beach has two outdoor beds, an outdoor couch, lounge chairs and a pergola for a shady retreat. Rental of The Tribeca Suite is required.
$500.00 – 3 hour rental. $200 for each additional hour.
Palms Courtyard: Located at The Palms Hotel, the Courtyard is part of our most recent expansion. Surrounded by our two new four bedroom Cottages the Courtyard features two outdoor couches and lounge chairs. Cottage rental is required.
$350.00 – 3 hour rental. $150.00 for each additional hour.
Palms Patio: Located at The Palms Hotel, this tree lined patio has wrought iron tables and chairs and may have additional tables for food presentation. Ideal for intimate gatherings.
$250.00 – 3 hour rental. $100.00 for each additional hour.
Additional Options Available:Personal Attendants – $25.00 per hour (plus gratuity) 4 hour minimum
Assorted Tea Service – $18.00(includes creamers, sugar and milk)
Charitable organizations: The Palms Hotel has adopted The Morgan Center as its main charitable organization. The Morgan Center is a 501(c)(3) not for profit charitable organization dedicated to providing preschool education to children who are undergoing treatment for cancer. The Morgan Center provides a safe environment that stimulates cognitive and social development for children with suppressed immune systems who are undergoing chemotherapy. The risk of infection and serious illness would prevent these children from attending typical preschool programs.
Donations: The Morgan Center receives no government funding and is supported entirely by the generosity of individual donors, corporate sponsors and charitable foundations. Donations made to The Morgan Center in the the United States are tax deductible. You can make a difference in the lives of children and families who are faced with the heartache of pediatric cancer by donating directly to donations@themorgancenter.org
Requests for other Charities Please submit all requests in writing via e-mail accompanied by attachments of the charities 501(c)(3) and a synopsis of the event/charitable organization. All requests will be considered and reviewed. Determination of said request will be replied to via e-mail. privatevents@palmshotelfireisland.com
