| Cancellation: | If you cancel, a credit for a future midweek stay valid one year from the date will be issued. |
| Rates: | All room rates are given per night. One (1) night deposit is required at the time of reservation. All room rates exclude 11.625% sales and occupancy tax. |
| Misc: | All rooms are NON-SMOKING per Suffolk County and the Ocean Beach fire commissioner. Minimum age to rent a room is 25 years old. ID is required. There is a two (2) night minimum stay on all weekends and a three (3) night minimum stay on holidays. PLEASE NOTE WHILE OTHER COMMUNITIES OFFER A MORE QUIET AND PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE,OCEAN BEACH IS A LOUD, LIVELY, ACTIVE COMMUNITY. Due to feedback from our guests, pets are no longer permitted. |
