The Sand Castle Penthouse Suite

The Sand Castle Penthouse Suite is our most luxurious and spacious accommodation, located in the heart of Ocean Beach's shopping, dining, and nightlife areas. The Penthouse provides our highest-end lodging for up to ten guests, ensuring privacy and a breathtaking view of the Ocean Beach Commons from the second floor. The 1,200-square-foot Penthouse boasts a full kitchen, a large living and dining area, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and you can even arrange for a personal chef and catering services. This suite sets the standard for upscale accommodations on Fire Island.
Palms Bay East
The Tidal Suite - Room with a view!
The Suite is situated on the second floor of The Palms Bay East and can accommodate a maximum of six people. The sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony facing the bay, providing breathtaking views of the Great South Bay. The Suite comprises one deluxe room with a king-size bed, and two full-size beds in the living room, along with private Italian ceramic bathrooms. Additionally, the Suite features a fully stocked kitchenette with a small island that can be used as a sitting area.

The Tropical Suite
This suite is also located on the second floor of The Palms Bay East and accommodates up to six people. The Tropical Suite is as lovely as the Tidal Suite but offers a town view. This suite has one deluxe room with a full-size bed, two full-size beds in the living room, and private Italian ceramic baths. Additionally, there is a full kitchen with a small island for a sitting area.

The Turtle Bay Suite
This suite is located on the first floor of The Palms Bay East and accommodates up to eight people. Turtle Bay offers a private beach and dock exclusively for the suite's guests. There is no better place to see the sunset than at this spot. This suite has two bedrooms with a full-size bed, a full-size bed in the living room, and a sofa bed. There is one private bathroom. Additionally, there is a full kitchen with a small island and sitting area.
Courtyard Cottages
Coral Cottage
The Coral Cottage is located on the first floor of our courtyard building with a private entrance. The floor plan accommodates ten people and includes four private bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath, a standard king room, two twin beds, and a full-size bed. The beautifully decorated living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa couch. There is an additional bathroom and equipped kitchen to cook if you choose. The glass sliders in this room lead to a private patio area and outdoor shower.

The Palms Bungalows
The Bungalow's two-story building consists of 12 cozy rooms, each with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, and offers more space than our standard king rooms (each room is approximately 140 square feet). The rooms on the second level feature cathedral ceilings and specifically offer shared balconies. In addition, all of our guests in the Bungalows enjoy a private patio area.

The property includes suites, efficiencies, and full-size rooms. Our full-size rooms are located on the first floor and are pet friendly. Each room consists of a full-size bed and a private bathroom. The approximate dimensions of these rooms are 140 square feet.

Our efficiency rooms accommodate up to four people. These rooms are on the second floor and have a lovely bay view or a view of our bustling town.

Bay Breeze Suite

The Bay Breeze suite is located on the first floor with a view of the bay and accommodates up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms with one full-size bed in each room. The living room also has a sofa that opens to a full-size bed. In addition, the suite has one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a private patio area right on the exclusive bay beach.

The Palms Main Hotel
The Main Hotel is our flagship building and offers guests a selection of room types directly on the property containing the Courtyard, breakfast buffet, and BBQ grills.
Rooms offering full beds and king beds are cozy at approximately 140 square feet. Our standard rooms can accommodate three people. There is a full-size bed and twin-size bed in each room with a private bathroom.
Our mini suites have two standard rooms connected by an adjoining door. Mini suites offer two bedrooms with full-size beds in each room and are approximately 225 square feet.

The Main Hotel also offers three spacious suites: the Sea Breeze Suite, the Starfish Suite, and the Sea Turtle Suite. These suites are perfect for guests who want more spacious accommodations at our flagship building.
Starfish and Sea Turtle Suites
Both of these suites accommodate up to eight people. The suites have three bedrooms, two king bedrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a couch in the living room that opens to a full-size bed. There is one private bathroom and a full kitchen with all of the amenities. Both suites are located on the second floor of our main building.
Sea Breeze Suite
The Sea Breeze suite accommodates up to eight people. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one room has a full-size bed. Additionally, a couch in the living room opens to a full-size bed. There is one private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a private patio. This suite is located on the first floor.

Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty for changing your reservation dates within the same season. We will happily issue you a credit valid for one year for cancellations. Credits may be used for any midweek stay in May, June, or September.
